Project objective

The project aims to develop a tool that supports the diagnosis of emotional intelligence and the use of the diagnostic results in career guidance and profiling of professional career paths.

Planned activities

  • Online platform with tools for career advisors (O1)
    • First, an analysis will be carried out of existing psychometric tools used in career guidance, including those measuring emotional intelligence, across all partner countries.
    • Based on expert input, an online tool will be developed to assess competences relevant to the labour market.
    • The tool will be programmed and made available online in all partnership languages and will be verified and tested by all project partners.
  • Modular training for career advisors (O2)
    • A training module will be created as a complement to the online tool, preparing basic‑target‑group members (teachers, career advisors, trainers) to use it in practice.
    • Training materials prepared by all partners will be integrated into a unified training programmeand tested in a pilot training course.
  • Supportive materials for career advisors (O3)
    • trainer/teacher/career‑advisor handbookwill be prepared, consistent with the developed tool and modular training, containing theoretical foundations, methodology of the tool, and practical guidance for using it in day‑to‑day work.
    • Thematic materialsfor individual counselling sessions with pupils/students will be created, complementary to the project results, translated into all partnership languages and tested by partners.
  • At the end of the project, an international conferencewill be organised in Lublin in mid‑2021 to present the outcomes.

The project focuses on vocational education and training (VET), so the main target group includes:
