Admission rules

1. Go to https://dziekanat.wsei.lublin.pl/ and at the top of the page change the language to English using the globe sign.
2. Tap on ‘Recruitment’ tab and choose ‘Registration’.
3. Fill out the required fields and make yourself acquainted with the conditions to study at WSEI University. If you are a foreigner, tick the proper box (PESEL number is entered only if you have one).
4. After your pre-registration is complete, you should get an email with your login and a link to set up your password (if nothing comes through, check the spam box).THE LINK WILL BE ACTIVE FOR ONLY 30 MIN. Using those details from the email you received, please log in into the online registration system and set up your password.
5. When you are done, it will redirect you to the main page, where you need to change the language back to English and choose Recruitment->Log in. Enter the provided login and your set up password to log in.
6. After a successful log in, on your left you will see the tab ‘Step 1: Inserting your personal data’. Click there and start filling out all the necessary information for your admission.
7. After you have completed Step 1, please go to ‘Step 2: My study programs’. Click on ‘Add new faculty’ and you will be presented with a list of programs to choose from (choose among only those that are indicated in English language).
8. In order to choose a program, click ‘Register’. After, it will direct you to the page where you’d have to present your educational background. At this point, make sure all your educational documents are at hand so that you can use them when completing this step.
9. After successful completion of both steps, in you study programs tab you need to attach the recruitment documents. The required documents are marked with a blue checkmark under “Required for finishing recruitment” . If there are other additional documents you need to submit at that time, you can also do that.

REGISTRATION FEE IS  NON-REFUNDABLE

1. When you are done with completing all your information and submitting all required documents, click on “Finalize” on the right to your chosen field of study.
2. Go to ‘Recruitment prints’ and generate the application form. Send it with a proof of payment to our email: studyenglish@eiu.edu.pl

(if you are an agent, please also attach your candidate’s declaration).

Wait for the Offer Letter that will be sent to you by e-mail. If you applied using the services of an Agent, the Offer Letter will be sent to the Agent.

Pay the tuition fee for one academic year in advance.

The transfer title must contain the full name of the Applicant and passport number. Please remember that the time needed for the payment to reflect varies depending on your bank procedures. The admission documents can only be issued within 2-4 working days after the full tuition payment is confirmed by our bank.

In case of visa refusal the tuition fee is fully refundable (confirmed by a letter from the embassy).

In case of resigning from studies, the tuition fee will not be refunded.

Wait for the documents which are necessary to apply for a National (Student) Visa.

• The Recomendation Letter to the Polish Embassy
• The Certificate of  Enrollment

We will send it to you after we receive the confirmation of payment from our bank (the payment has to be on our account).

WHEN ARRIVING TO REGISTER ON CAMPUS, you need to submit:

• A printed out and signed questionnaire from your online account in “Recruitment prints”
• All educational documents (legalized originals and copies) must be brought to the Admission office (in case of Lublin applications) or the Warsaw campus (in case of Warsaw applicants) before the beginning of the academic year.
• All educational certificates have to be sworn translated into Polish and taken through the process of recognition at our Local Education Authority (which is done in Poland to validate foreign studies).
• The original of the health/fitness certificate with its Polish translation (for Nursing/ Physiotherapy and Computer Science).
• A copy of the insurance policy (both health insurance for at least 30 000 EUR coverage and accident insurance) valid for a period of staying in Poland, or the European Health Insurance Card, or a declaration of the foreign applicant to join the National Health Fund immediately after the beginning of studies.
• Certificate of no criminal record (for Nursing, Psychology, Physiotherapy).
• Parental consent for under 18 candidates to start studies, to submit and sign all documents required in the recruitment process and to meet the financial settlement connected with the beginning of studies.
• One passport size photo 35 x 45mm
• If you submitted any additional documents during your online registration, make sure you have them with you.
