Project objective

The main aim of the project is to improve the quality of the process for identifying the vocational predispositions, abilities and interests of secondary‑school / vocational‑school pupils as well as adults, and to support career counselling and career planning by creating a modern, modular system of analysis, diagnosis and educational‑vocational guidance. This system will be standardised on a representative sample and will assist the work of vocational counsellors.

Stage 1 – Development of a model of predispositions and key competences for occupations.
Stage 2 – Development of a modular system of analysis, diagnosis and educational‑vocational guidance.
Stage 3 – Preparation of an online version of the tool.
Stage 4 – Testing of the tool.
Stage 5 – Psychometric validation and standardisation of the tool.
