Project objective

Creating international innovative mechanisms (advisory and financial) supporting the mobility of people on the labour market of the EU for unemployed people aged 35+, mainly long‑term unemployed, in 6 partner countries: Poland, Italy, Ireland, Belgium, Spain, Greece.

Project products

  1. Online platform (job portal), serving to match jobseekers and employers.
  2. Guides for jobseekers and employers from the healthcare and IT sectors in Europe.
  3. Network of contacts of regional and national employment agencies and HR companies.
  4. Tools in the form of guides and procedures individually tailored to each user of the platform.
  5. A team of experts responsible for activation activities, support for jobseekers and employers, as well as testing the cooperation model defined within the REACTIVATE consortium will be established.
  6. Individually tailored relations: employer – employee / intern / trainee.

Target groups

  1. Jobseekers or those seeking internships and professional traineeships:
    • unemployed / long‑term unemployed,
    • over 35 years of age,
    • from the healthcare and IT sectors.
  2. Employers (SMEs) looking for employees from the IT or healthcare sectors.
