Erasmus Week at WSEI University is Coming Soon

“WSEI University in the European Education Area – Erasmus Week” is a pioneering initiative organized by WSEI  University in cooperation with the OIC POLAND Foundation. This event is one of the key highlights of the University’s 25th Anniversary celebrations.

The event will take place from 26 to 30 May 2025. Its primary goal is to strengthen relationships with the socio-economic environment of the Lublin region as well as with international partners from the higher education sector, public institutions, NGOs, and business.

Throughout the week, we will showcase joint achievements and best practices developed within Erasmus+ Programme projects.

The event will also serve as a platform for idea exchange, intercultural dialogue, and increasing awareness of the international activities carried out by WSEI University, both among the academic community and the citizens of Lublin.

-Erasmus Week is not only an occasion to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the University but above all a space to share experiences and best practices, discover innovative educational tools and modern school solutions, foster international cooperation, deepen knowledge of multiculturalism and neurodiversity, and develop future-ready skills - emphasizes PhD Monika Baryła-Matejczuk, lecturer at WSEI University and coordinator of the event.

The program includes sessions held in both English and Polish, with each day dedicated to a specific theme:

Day 1: Health, senior care, comprehensive support, inclusion, intergenerational relations, forms of aid and assistance
Day 2: Supporting children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development – preschool and early primary education
Day 3: Innovation in human resource management – from organizational climate to AI in HR
Day 4: Multiculturalism – inclusion and adaptation of pupils and students in education and the labor market
Day 5: International cooperation as a catalyst for innovation and educational development

Among the featured speakers are world-renowned experts on environmental sensitivity, including Prof. Michael Pluess, a distinguished researcher in the field, and PhD Corina Greven, an expert in high sensitivity in children and adolescents.

The event is organized by WSEI University, the OIC Poland Foundation, and Regional Information Points of the National Agency of the Erasmus+ Programme and the European Solidarity Corps.
