

Dean for the Warsaw Branch of WSEI University.
Gained professional experience during the first seven years of work at the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska and developed teaching competencies throughout more than thirty years of academic activity, conducting classes in the fields of Emergency Medical Services and Nursing.
In the years 2011-2022, she served as Chair of the Education Committee at the District Chamber of Nurses and Midwives in Biała Podlaska and Deputy Chair of the District Court of Nurses and Midwives in the same city. Between 2010 and 2020, she cooperated with the Centre for Education of Nurses and Midwives in Warsaw, where she served as Chair of the State Examination Committee in the field of Emergency Nursing.
Member of the Polish Hygienic Society and the Polish Resuscitation Council. Actively participates in the process of postgraduate education for nurses and midwives, conducting classes within specialist, qualification, and specialization training courses.
In 2019, received the Medal of the National Education Commission.
Professor Anna Ślifirczyk, PhD in Medical Sciences, obtained doctoral degree in medical sciences in 2012 by defending dissertation entitled Quality of life of families of children with autism and parental burnout syndrome in the field of social medicine. In 2016, she obtained the title of specialist in emergency nursing. She also holds qualifications as a trainer in health assessment and physical examination (since 2001).
Scientific and research interests focus on emergency nursing and intensive care, issues of multiculturalism in medicine, thanatoeducation, and interpersonal communication in healthcare.
Was awarded a scientific scholarship in a competition for employees of the State School of Higher Education in 2018 and 2021.

The author of 128 scientific publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals. Served as an assistant supervisor in two doctoral proceedings. Actively participates in academic life as a member of scientific and organizing committees of conferences and as a reviewer for the journals Rozprawy Społeczne and Health Problems of Civilization.
Professor Anna Ślifirczyk, PhD in Medical Sciences, has extensive teaching experience gained at all levels of education from bachelor's and master's degree studies, through postgraduate studies, to specialist, qualification, and specialization courses. She currently serves as Dean for the Warsaw Branch of WSEI University.
Cooperates with the Centre for Postgraduate Education of Nurses and Midwives in Warsaw as Chair of the State Examination Committee in the field of emergency nursing. As part of her activities within professional self-government structures also served as Chair of the Education Committee and Deputy Chair of the District Court of Nurses and Midwives in Biała Podlaska.
As a lecturer, conducts classes within postgraduate studies that qualify graduates to provide vocational education and actively participates in educational programmes such as “Vocational Education of Nurses and Midwives within Bridging Studies Programmes”, serving as supervisor of the Pilot Professional Practice in Emergency Medical Services.
She holds qualifications as a trainer in physical examination and cooperates with the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
As part of her teaching activities, she conducts classes in emergency nursing, physical examination, multicultural issues in medicine and thanatoeducation, as well as evidence-based nursing practice (EBN - Evidence-Based Nursing).
