


The aim of the project is to improve the functioning of the university in terms of the quality of service for international students and international staff. This goal will be achieved through integrated activities of all organisational units of the university within the operation of the WSEI Welcome Center (WWC) and the development of a cooperation model between individual departments.
The project will contribute to the improvement of the university’s functioning in terms of service for foreigners, will enhance cooperation between individual organisational units of the university, raise the level of soft skills within the team and implement informational and promotional activities in line with contemporary trends.
In the long term, the project will contribute to the development of a stable model of cooperation and communication between departments and international‑level informational and promotional activities, based on coherent coordination by a team possessing the appropriate competencies and knowledge, which will result in raising the quality level of service for students and staff from other countries.
WSEI employees directly involved in activities related to the service of international students and academic staff, international students currently studying at WSEI, international students and staff arriving within the framework of various mobility programmes.
