WSEI University is joining the 34th Grand Finale of Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy. This Sunday, at Mall Olimp in Lublin, we invite you to visit our stand for free examinations, demonstrations, animations and sports competitions. In addition, we have prepared attractive offers for auctions. You can win, among other things, an active day with WSEI University.
This year, the charity event will be held under the slogan ‘Healthy tummies for our children’. The money raised will be donated to the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in children.
In Lublin, the charity event finale will take place on Sunday, 25 January, at Mall Olimp, al. Spółdzielczości Pracy 34, Lublin.
We invite everyone to visit the joint stand of WSEI University, Academic Sports Championship High School and the Academic High School of WSEI University in Lublin. We will be there from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. What have we prepared?
- activities for children: face painting, tattoos, braiding, balloon animals and experiments led by students from the Progressus Preschool and Early School Education Science Club,
- free preventive medical examinations and first aid demonstrations by students from the Nursing Science Club,
- body composition analysis, demonstrations and sports competitions with prizes, organised by employees of the Academic Sports Championship High School and the Academic High School of WSEI University.
In addition, at our stand, there will be an opportunity to discuss the educational offer of the Lublin Academy of WSEI and the high schools it runs.

1. An active day with WSEI University
- a coffee meeting with the University Authorities,
- a tour of the University,
- a full body massage - a classic massage with relaxing elements performed by a qualified physiotherapist (duration: 60 minutes). The session is intended for people who:
- presentation and training in first aid under the supervision of specialists from the Faculty of Health Sciences at WSEI University,
- body composition analysis using the impedance pulse method, conducted by a specialist, personal trainer from the Academic Sports Championship High School of WSEI University.

2. Expert urogynaecological therapy as part of preventive care
An individual, one-hour session of expert urogynaecological physiotherapy as part of preventive care, conducted by a qualified urogynaecological physiotherapist.
The session is aimed at women who:
• want to take preventive measures to ensure the health of their pelvic floor,
• do not yet experience any significant symptoms, but want to prevent them,
• have given birth (even many years ago),
• lead an active lifestyle or plan to intensify it,
• want to increase their awareness of their body and intimate health.
The session includes:
• a detailed health interview,
• a functional assessment (safe and tailored to the patient's needs),
• education on the prevention of pelvic floor disorders,
• individual therapeutic and exercise recommendations.
