Zygmunt Potocki, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Calgary, Canada, was a guest at WSEI University on Friday. He was accompanied by his wife, Wiesława Potocka.
Consul discussed opportunities for international cooperation, education and development prospects for students with the university’s Authorities.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to present WSEI University educational programmes, exchange experiences, and discuss culture, innovation and opportunities for joint academic initiatives
Consul Zygmunt Potocki presented President of WSEI University, Teresa Bogacka, Dr h.c., with a commemorative medal prepared by the Consulate in Canada to mark the 550th anniversary of Nicolaus Copernicus’s birth .
Zygmunt Potocki also presented commemorative gifts on behalf of the Consulate in Canada to PhD Sylwester Bogacki, Professor at the WSEI University, Vice-Rector for Development and Strategy, Professor Jan Pomorski, PhD, Director of the Centre for Quality Development and Modern Technologies in Teaching, and Marcin Solan, Director of International Studies and Integration Center WSEI University
