Delegation of WSEI University Visits Vietnam

Conducting joint scientific research, organizing conferences, and exchanging students and academic staff are among the key objectives of cooperation with partner universities in Vietnam: Hanoi University of Science & Technology and the International University – Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City. The details of this cooperation were discussed by representatives of our University during their visit to Vietnam.

WSEI University was represented by: PhD. Sylwester Bogacki, Professor at WSEI University, Vice-Rector for Development and Strategy; Dr. hab. Tomasz Wołowiec, Professor at WSEI University, Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation; and Marcin Solan, Director of the Center for Integration and International Studies.

The purpose of the visit was to establish cooperation with universities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, including conducting joint scientific research and publications, organizing joint seminars, conferences, and academic meetings, as well as implementing student and academic staff exchange programs.

During the visit, WSEI University staff also delivered lectures and seminars for students and academic staff at Vietnamese universities.

- Our delegation also visited the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Hanoi, where, during a meeting with Justyna Pabian, Head of the Political and Economic Section, we discussed opportunities for academic, scientific, and cultural cooperation, the promotion WSEI University in Vietnam, and the needs of international students in Poland -  explains Vice-Rector Tomasz Wołowiec.

The visit took place in the first week of December and was organized as part of the Erasmus+ Programme.
