AI Strategies for VET Schools (AIMyVET)

Implementation period

01.10.2025 - 30.09.2027

Project objective

Facilitate European VET centres to integrate AI into teaching, learning and assessment and provide VET centres with personalised analytics and insights to support students and teachers in adapting to AI.

Target groups

The primary target groups of the AIMyVET project are vocational schools, including teachers, students, and school administrators, as well as local and regional education authorities and industry partners interested in developing a digitally literate workforce.

Teachers, in particular, are a key focus, as they are responsible for implementing the newly developed AI-integrated curriculum and must enhance their skills through ongoing professional development.

Students are another important target group, as they benefit from improved learning experiences designed to equip them with the necessary digital and AI skills for today’s job market. Furthermore, school administrators and policymakers are tasked with supporting the broader implementation of innovative teaching methods and ensuring that the project’s outcomes are integrated into existing educational frameworks.

Project results

  1. AI-integrated modules tailored to vocational education (VET)
  2. AI integration handbook presenting best practices for implementing AI in VET.
  3. Teacher training program to develop AI competencies.
  4. Online repository of case studies, lesson plans, and open educational resources (OER).
  5. Initiatives to support student development, such as immersive bootcamps and hackathons (an event for developers).
  6. Interactive benchmarking tool to assess VET institutions’ readiness to implement AI.
