WSEI University has established a strategic partnership with INTRASOFT TSI Sp. z o.o., which will enable students and researchers at the University to participate in innovative research and teaching projects in the field of technology and critical infrastructure.
On Tuesday, 24 February, a formal signing ceremony took place at the WSEI Academy headquarters. The event was attended by representatives of the university authorities: Teresa Bogacka, MA, Dr h.c. - President of the WSEI Academy, PhD Mariusz Paździor, Prof. at WSEI University - Vice-Rector for Education and Student Affairs, and Phd Eng. Michalina Gryniewicz-Jaworska, Prof. at WSEI University, MBA - Dean of Faculty of Transport and Information Technology.
INTRASOFT TSI, operating since 1997, specialises in the design, implementation and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems in the telecommunications and energy sectors. Its key projects include an IT infrastructure monitoring system for Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne (Polish Power Grid) and systems supporting the obligations of telecommunications operators for Polkomtel, T-Mobile and Orange.
The planned cooperation includes, among others, the implementation of joint research projects, the participation of the company's experts in the process of educating students, and initiatives aimed at developing innovative technological solutions. Establishing a partnership with an experienced company will strengthen the scientific and teaching potential of the university and improve the quality of research and education.
Summing up the signing ceremony, PhD Mariusz Paździor, Professor at WSEI University and Vice-Rector for Education and Student Affairs, emphasised: - Thank you for accepting our invitation to cooperate. We look forward to its fruitful development. We would like to benefit from your experience and knowledge, while offering our own capabilities in this area. We have the highest category in Poland in the field of information technology, so we believe that together we will be able to create something unique and innovative.
The company was represented by Marcin Dworzański and Piotr Siennicki, members of the management board of INTRASOFT TSI. The signed agreement defines the framework for cooperation in the areas of teaching and scientific research, which is an important step towards the development of technological innovations and practical education for students.
