WSEI University has secured a high position in the Rzeczpospolita newspaper  ranking titled Leaders of Polish Higher Education 2025, surpassing nearly all universities in the region. “This is proof that our Univrsity sets trends and prepares students very well for entering the job market,” says the President of WSEI Unvrsity, Teresa Bogacka, MA.

The ranking by Rzeczpospolita newspaper  included both public and private academic institutions affiliated with the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland (KRASP), with the aim of comprehensively showcasing the quality of education in relation to graduates’ performance on the job market.

The ranking considered the following indicators: graduates’ earnings, risk of unemployment, time taken to find a job, entrepreneurship, continuation of education, and the number of graduates.

The results clearly show that graduates in technical, IT, and uniformed services fields have the best career prospects. They achieve the highest salaries, are least likely to experience unemployment, and most often enter the workforce immediately after graduation.

In the overall summary of the ranking Leaders in Higher Education Ensuring the Best Start in the Job Market 2025”, our University ranked 31st, thereby confirming its strong position on the country’s educational map. For comparison Maria Curie-Skłodowska University ranked just one place higher at 30th, Medical University of Lublin came in at 45th, Lublin University of Technology at 53rd, John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin at 80th, and the University of Life Sciences in Lublin at 88th.WSEI University is the only non-public university in the region to be included in this ranking.

WSEI University also performed very well in individual ranking criteria. Our institution was placed among the top 50 universities in Poland. In the ranking that assessed employment and unemployment rates among graduates, their earnings, entrepreneurship, and continuation of studies, the University secured 37th place. Among Lublin’s universities, only Maria Curie-Skłodowska University ranked higher, making WSEI University the second highest-rated university in the region and the top non-public institution in the Lublin Voivodeship.

- This result is proof that WSEI effectively combines a modern approach to education with practical student preparation for the challenges of the job market. It is also a success for our entire academic community, which works together to ensure the quality of education, scientific development, and support for students in their career paths. Our University does not follow well-trodden paths - it sets trends and fosters development not only within the academic community but across the entire region, - summarizes President  Teresa Bogacka.
