Center for Projects and International Cooperation
The Center for Projects and International Cooperation serves as a vital bridge between the university community and international entities, fostering global partnerships and promoting educational innovation. The Center focuses on the development and implementation of projects co-financed by the European Union that align with the university’s core mission of integrating innovation, business, modern technology, and healthy lifestyles. Through dynamic collaboration, the Center provides extensive opportunities for professional development and international engagement for students, staff, and institutional partners.

Developing and implementing European Union-funded projects that promote innovative, multidisciplinary, and lifelong learning.

Organizing international mobility programs for students, academic staff, and visiting lecturers to facilitate professional growth and cultural exchange.

Building and strengthening cooperation networks between academic institutions, employers, and social partners at both the national and European levels.

Supporting strategic internationalization efforts, including the expansion of educational offerings for regional and international communities encompassing the entire educational lifecycle, from preschools to Universities of the Third Age.

Planning and executing integration, educational, and intercultural events designed to enhance community inclusivity and social engagement.

Providing mentorship, advisory services, and comprehensive information for international students and guests to ensure seamless academic and cultural assimilation.
Artur Grzesiak is a project coordinator with 20 years of professional experience. He has been preparing and implementing European fund projects since 2003, successfully managing teams across 19 different European fund projects. Employed at WSEI University since 2015, he currently serves as the Director of the Center for Projects and International Cooperation. In this role, he is responsible for the correct implementation of projects at both national and international levels, coordinates cooperation between the Center and other university organizational units, and manages the project implementation team.
He holds a Master of Science, Engineer degree and has completed postgraduate studies in “Preparation of Projects and Management of EU Funds” as well as “Human Resources Management.”
Marta Drygała is an experienced project coordinator and lecturer in project management. Until 2024, she served as the University Coordinator for the Erasmus+ Program.
In her current role as Director of the Organizational-Legal Department and Development Strategy, she manages key activities regarding the university’s development strategy and creates new solutions for internationalization. For 13 years, she served as the Director of the Center for Projects and International Cooperation, where she was responsible for the concept, design, and implementation of national and international projects, while coordinating the work of project teams and internal university cooperation.
She has completed postgraduate studies in “Managerial Competencies Academy,” “Evaluation of Programs Funded by the European Union” at Koźmiński University, and “Management of European Projects and European Union Law” at UMCS in Lublin. She holds an international PRINCE2 certificate and has over 22 years of experience in the preparation and implementation of EU projects.
Magda Janiak is responsible for developing international cooperation, building partner networks, and coordinating mobility for academic staff and students.
Since 2017, she has been involved in the preparation and management of 53 projects with a total value of approximately 16 million EUR; four of these projects were recognized as “good practices” by funding institutions in Poland, Lithuania, and Italy.
Since January 2025, she has coordinated the Working Group on vocational apprenticeships in higher education at the European Commission within the European Alliance for Apprenticeships, in collaboration with EURES Puglia from Italy. She is an active member of the European Digital Education and Higher Education Interoperability Framework networks.
She holds a Master’s degree in European Studies and completed postgraduate studies in financial management and accounting for EU-funded projects. She has 14 years of experience in international project acquisition and management.
Monika Ludwiniak holds a Master’s degree in Law from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and completed postgraduate studies in Accounting and Finance at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. She is a certified accountant (Ministry of Finance certificate No. 29328/2008) and holds a PRINCE2 certificate. She is an accountant with 10 years of experience, including eight years in an international firm.
Since 2014, she has been the owner of an accounting firm dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Since 2015, she has also coordinated the “Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs” project for SMEs as an expert application evaluator. In her current role at WSEI University, she focuses on managing Erasmus+ and COSME programs and preparing new international project proposals.
Monika Jaremek is a graduate of WSEI University with a degree in Psychology, specializing in psychoprofylaxis and psychological assistance. She has completed postgraduate studies in Pedagogy and European Project Management.
For the past seven years, she has worked at the Center for Projects and International Cooperation, where she implements projects funded by national external sources, including the RPO (Regional Operational Program) and POWER (Knowledge Education Development Operational Program), benefiting both students and staff.
Katarzyna Hacia is a graduate of the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences at WSEI University, with a strong foundation in law, management, and the functioning of public and private institutions.
Her background includes administrative student services in the Dean’s Office and experience in the commercial sector involving client acquisition. She has also successfully managed her own business enterprise.
Currently, she serves as a National Projects Specialist, focusing on the implementation of projects funded through national frameworks such as the RPO (Regional Operational Program) and POWER (Knowledge Education Development Operational Program).
Anna Maciąg is a graduate in Managerial Law from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and has extensive experience in international cooperation. She previously served as a Supervisor at an international university in Canada, overseeing student internships and providing comprehensive care for students from Hong Kong, China, Mexico, Australia, and various European countries.
In Poland, she gained management experience overseeing logistics and documentation for international clients, including the management of a specialized service enterprise. Her background also includes work as an HR and payroll specialist.
Currently, she focuses on the implementation of projects co-financed by the European Union.
Denys Pisetskyi is a graduate in Journalism and Social Communication, as well as Polish Philology (specializing in media, language, and culture).
He is an experienced translator and international project coordinator who developed his professional competencies in Poland and abroad, including Erasmus+ programs in Turkey and Slovakia. Fluent in several languages—including English, Russian, Ukrainian, Slovak, and Turkish—he manages intercultural communication and academic events.
He currently supports the Erasmus+ program by coordinating documentation and assisting international students with their adaptation to the university environment.
