The survey aims to investigate changes and expectations of employers on the EU labor market post-COVID-19, analyzing employer needs and defining a modern employee profile aligned with industry standards and Europass. The project focuses on strengthening green, civic, and intercultural competences, promoting European identity, and establishing high-quality standards for internships.
Your responses will enable the development of tools such as the International Workplace Etiquette Handbook and the European Internship Program Standard, significantly enhancing students' employability and readiness for the international job market.
