Cooperation model towards better transition from education to labour market – sharing of best practice during Erasmus + Days 2025

Magda Janiak of WSEI University participated in the Erasmus+ Days 2025 event hosted by Warnborough College, sharing best practices and achievements of the CAMP project with a diverse, international audience.

The presentation, “Bridging Borders: The CAMP project practices in multicultural integration and career empowerment,” demonstrated how the CAMP initiative fosters intercultural understanding, supports international students, and builds stronger links between education and employment in Europe.

Participants learned about CAMP’s innovative strategies to prepare students for today’s global workforce through digital tools, comprehensive career guidance, and skill-building workshops. The impact of these efforts is already visible in the increased employability and integration of participants across various sectors.

The event, part of the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme celebrations, offered a valuable opportunity for knowledge exchange and international networking, reinforcing the importance of inclusive education and practical skill development for all.
